Workshop 4 will be centred on the EBV ‘Species interactions’, the most challenging and least developed EBV presented here. Ecologists and biodiversity scientists (experts in pollination, seed dispersal, food webs etc.) will identify current challenges of data availability and possibilities for defining a minimum set of essential measurements to monitor changes in interaction diversity. Biodiversity informaticians and infrastructure operators from the others workshops will attend and engage to identify the corresponding technical and service challenges. Legal interoperability experts will attend as in workshop 3.
